In 2019, the World Bank launched its ambitious Human Capital Plan for Africa, which sets out clear targets and commitments to boost Africa’s potential through its human capital — the health, knowledge, skills, and resilience of its people. We were asked to design the first annual progress report for the plan, including translations into French and Portuguese.
